We shall also be collaborating with a number of UK Based independent brands, to ensure your monthly box is packed with everything a girl needs (or wants!)
While we are signing up new brands to work with us on these boxes every day (and shall be dedicating a page to introducing the brands to you when all are selected), they are all UK Based brands, which distribute fun, girly, sassy stuff.
Our Box: The Sassy Supreme Box
This is the QUEEN of monthly boxes! Each month you will receive a minimum of 1 phone case (this includes personalised items when applicable) and the rest of the box will include on trend surprises! We will also include brand new designs giving you access to our newness before anyone else.
Once subscribed, we will email over a questionnaire so we can find your likes/dislikes and vital phone info of course! Please respond to this email as soon as possible so we can get your box correct and shipped out on time.
*Other items will be a selection of Jewellery, Lashes, Make-Up, Brushes, Hair Products, Chocolate, Sweets, Bath & Shower, Patches, Badges and many more!
The Sassy Supreme Box comes to a total of £14.95 per month! You will also receive exclusive discount codes within your box for money off any other items from our website throughout the month (if you cannot wait for your SASSY fix!!)
How To Set Monthly Boxes Up
Because we love our Sassy Squad, we have made it quick and simple to sign up! Simply click the link below and set up an easy direct debit payment which is collected at the beginning of each month. You may cancel this at any time!
Q. What happens if I receive the same items twice?
A. While we keep records of all items sent to each person monthly, and a list of your “Likes” and “Dislikes”, if you do happen to receive an exact item twice in the same box, or in another box, we shall be happy to accept that item back and exchange for something else. Although, it must be in the same condition as when it was received. If it does happen, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the subject “Received Same Item Twice in Subscription Box” and we can send you a replacement.
Q. What happens if an item in the box arrived faulty?
A. While we aim to package to package to perfection and ensure every item is cushioned and wrapped in the box, it is possible that an item could become damaged in transit and arrive faulty, although this rarely happens. If it does happen, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Faulty Item in Subscription Box” and we can send you a replacement.
Q. Are the phone cases personalised?
A. As you are receiving a phone case from us in each box, our top priority is that it will be a case that you’ll like! We shall always ask you to provide your phone model, and shall give you the option to send any personalised details, such as names, initials, colour choices etc. If none of this is provided however it shall just be a case at random.
Q. What day each month are boxes delivered?
A. We shall ask for the information before hand, but each month the boxes shall arrive between the 12th and the 15th. Please allow a few days either side in case of a delay.
How do I cancel my box?
A. Have you decided that our boxes are no longer for you? No problem! Just e-mail us at email@example.com with the subject “Cancel Monthly Subscription Box” and we can work on getting this cancelled.
